ALTERNATIVE SPACE LAYOUTS
In order to ensure this home can be used for a variety of activities Flex-Spaces and Multipurpose Rooms are designed to be re-configured depending on the intended use of the space. Below are alternative layout options that show how various spaces can be reconfigured, for use and also for physical distancing, in response to the pandemic.

Both multipurpose spaces can be arranged in a variety of ways to allow more flexibility within the space. This enlarged plan (left) shows one of the multipurpose spaces in an alternative form.

The enlarged floor-plan shows an alternative space layout for the dining area. This layout fits current guidelines of seating six feet apart, during the pandemic. While this distancing may not always be needed, this space was designed to be prepared.
